License Agreement
The short version: use our sounds in your music, keep 100% of the royalties, don't resell the raw files.
✓ You CAN
- Use the sounds in your original music productions, commercial or non-commercial.
- Release, stream, sell, monetise, and sync your finished songs on any platform — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TV, film, games.
- Keep 100% of royalties from streams, sales, and sync placements.
- Use the sounds in client work, beat tapes, and type-beats on YouTube.
- Modify, pitch-shift, chop, re-sample, and layer the sounds however you like.
✗ You CANNOT
- Resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw sound files in any form — including as part of another sample pack, preset bank, or Splice-style library.
- Claim ownership of the raw sounds as your own.
- Use the sounds as-is (unprocessed) as the sole element of a track and release it — there must be creative input.
- Use the sounds to train machine-learning models, AI voice/sound generators, or sample libraries.
- Use the sounds in material that is hateful, illegal, or promotes violence against protected groups.
Ownership
FreezyBeats retains ownership of all sound files. You are granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them under the rules above.
Plugin licenses
Plugins are licensed per-seat (one user, up to 3 computers). License keys are non-transferable. Interested in studio or team licensing? Email support@freezybeats.com.
Termination
Breach of this agreement terminates your license immediately. You must stop using the sounds and destroy any copies in your possession.
