Who We Are
FreezyBeats ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, operating freezybeats.com and selling digital audio software — currently the Glacier plugin, with more plugins, sample packs, and presets to follow ("Products"). Our full registered trader details, including legal name and contact address, are available free of charge on request by emailing support@freezybeats.com.
All Products are sold through Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for every order (see "Purchases & Payment" below). Your contract of sale for each purchase is with Polar, which handles payment, tax, receipts, invoices, and statutory consumer rights on our behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract, to buy from us or create an account. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
A free account is required to buy, so your purchases stay linked to you. Sign-up and sign-in are handled by our third-party authentication provider (Clerk) — we never see or store your password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and you can manage or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Purchases & Payment
All purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for our orders and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and delivery of your download and licence key. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in USD, and applicable tax may be added at checkout. You confirm that the payment method is yours and that you are authorised to use it.
Digital Delivery
Products are delivered instantly by download link and email after successful payment, and can be re-downloaded from your account or your purchase email. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address or your own email filtering.
Licence
Your use of the Products is governed by our Licence Agreement. In short: a Glacier licence is for one user on up to three of their own machines, includes free updates, and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Each purchase includes a licence key that activates the plugin.
Sales Are Final
Because Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Where required by law — for example a Product that is faulty or not as described — or at the discretion of Polar as merchant of record, a refund may still be issued. If something isn't working, contact support@freezybeats.com and we'll help.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, share, or sub-license the Products or their licence keys; attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the licensing; or use the Products in unlawful material. Breaking these terms ends your licence.
Intellectual Property
All Products, trademarks, and site content are owned by FreezyBeats. Your licence grants a limited right to use the software in your own music — it does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer & Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised Terms.
